Client Advocacy
In addition to the attorneys and social workers, Nieshia Duganne, who has lived experience in both criminal and child welfare systems, is our incredible Director of Client Advocacy. She is available to check in on clients, remind them of appointments, verify transportation, and help clients maintain trust with the entire team.
As clients successfully move on from Locally Served, we hope they come back and assist as a client advocate for the next family. Nieshia's success is contagious and we hope to continue to share that with our partner clients!
