Providing Free, Holistic, Legal Representation For People and Families with Disabilities in Allegheny County

About Locally Served

Our Programs

Legal Services

You will have one attorney assigned to represent you and your interests in criminal and/or family court as well as any additional collateral legal issues you may have including housing, public benefits, and criminal record clearing.

Client Advocacy

Locally Served's team of a lawyer, social worker and client advocate work together to ensure that our clients are connected with all the services and supports they need.  The client advocate helps the client navigate all the relevant processes and paperwork and ensures that clients are participating the recommended programs and attending meetings and court dates.

Social Work

Our Social Work team takes a humanitarian, person-centered approach to every client to gather as much collateral information as possible to assist in preparing a meaningful defense.
